Holiday storage is for jewellery, watches and documents. It is not offered for cash, bullion or crypto seed phrases.

Locks, alarms and a good neighbour all help. A home safe can be a sensible part of that, but it stays in the empty house with everything else. If you are weighing up your own arrangements, the team is happy to talk through how a vault box compares for what you plan to keep.
Check your own contents policy before you travel, including any conditions for an unoccupied home. Storage does not automatically include contents insurance.

Ask the team about a four-week hire for your jewellery, watches and documents. We’ll confirm the rate, box availability and arrangements for your dates.

Storage is subject to completed identity and AML checks and acceptance by Commonwealth Vault. The vault may decline an application. Customers arrange their own contents insurance. Deposit and retrieval appointments and authorised collectors must be agreed with the team.

Our Auckland facility is in St Marys Bay, a short distance from the city centre. Visits are by appointment, so someone is free to meet you when you arrive.
